Payments & Risk Disclosure

Once you send ETH to another user's wallet, that transaction cannot be reversed, refunded, or cancelled by ArtHood, by the recipient, or by anyone else. Only send payment once you're satisfied the work is complete.

ArtHood does not currently hold funds in escrow. Payment happens directly between the customer's and freelancer's wallets. There is no built-in buyer or seller protection, no dispute mediation, and no chargeback mechanism. Use your judgment about who you're transacting with, the same as you would with any peer-to-peer payment.

ArtHood never has access to your private keys or seed phrase and cannot recover funds if your wallet is compromised or if you send funds to the wrong address. Double-check addresses before sending payment.

Transactions on Robinhood Chain require a small amount of ETH for network gas fees, separate from the job payment itself. Make sure your wallet holds enough ETH to cover both.

ArtHood can be configured to use either Robinhood Chain mainnet (real ETH, real value) or its public testnet (test ETH, no value). Check which network your wallet is connected to before sending any payment.
