Terms of Service

ArtHood is a listing platform that connects customers who need creative work done with freelancers who can do it. We provide the job board, profiles, and wallet-connect tooling. We are not a party to any agreement between a customer and a freelancer, and we do not hold, escrow, or guarantee any payment.

All payments on ArtHood are direct wallet-to-wallet ETH transfers on Robinhood Chain, initiated by the customer. ArtHood never takes custody of funds. Because these are on-chain transactions, they are irreversible once confirmed — see our Risk Disclosure for details.

• You're responsible for the security of your own wallet and private keys.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of job listings and profile information you post.
• You agree not to use ArtHood for anything illegal, fraudulent, or intended to deceive another user.
• You agree not to post content that infringes someone else's rights.

ArtHood is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that any job will be completed satisfactorily, that any freelancer or customer is who they claim to be, or that the platform will be available at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArtHood is not liable for any loss of funds, disputes between users, smart contract or blockchain network issues, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these terms as ArtHood evolves. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
